Recipe
Cut head and tails, clean, wash and rinse the fish.
Mix milk, flour, eggs, salt, pepper, baking powder, baking soda and warm the mixture till you get a smooth batter.
Heat oil to the boiling point, soak each fish in batter and fry in oil.
Serve with red radishes and green onions.
