Recipe
Clean, wash, rinse the fish, grind them with fat and sodden bread.
Grind garlic and onion. Mix all with salt, pepper, saffaron and egg properly.
Take a handful of the mixture and place well on each skewer and barbecue on fired charcoal or burning gas.
Serve with barbecued tomatoes and parsley.
