Recipe
Clean, wash, rines and fry whole fish.
Prepare sauce by mixing onion, grinded garlic, tomato paste, pepper, salt and a glass of water, Soak the fried fish in the sauce.
Cook macaroni in boiling salt water, strain it and put in simmer for 15 minutes.
Fill the stew pan with alternate layers of macaroni and fish sauce.
Decorate with parsley and serve.
